The Dream That Cut Me Open

I didn’t find fascia—fascia found me.
It began with a dream. Not a soft dream, not a passing image—but a vivid, undeniable experience that cut through the illusion of who I thought I was.
In this dream, my body opened—not metaphorically, but physically. I saw layers beneath the skin I had worn for years. There were no organs, no blood. Just lines. Webs. A pulsing, spiraling network moving like a clock—ticking with purpose I didn’t yet understand.
I awoke shaken but certain:
Something real had just been shown to me.

The Search for Meaning
I didn’t know the name for what I saw. So I searched the only way I knew how—by typing into Google:
“white film around meat.”
What came up was “fascia.”
I had studied muscles. I’d been a personal trainer. But no one had taught me that fascia was intelligent… that it remembered… that it held the history of the body, the soul, and even the unlived parts of ourselves. No one told me fascia could speak.
But I could feel it.
Not just in others—in me.
And as I followed the spiral, my hands began to remember what the mind had long forgotten.

What the Dream Revealed
The dream didn’t just open my body—it opened my life.
It showed me how fascia connects everything:
• Emotion to motion
• Thought to tissue
• Memory to movement
• Spirit to form
It whispered what I always knew but couldn’t explain:
Healing doesn’t come from fixing. It comes from listening.
And fascia—this sacred spiral—was always listening.
⸻
The Beginning of Dream-Origin Fascia Unwinding
From that dream onward, my path became clear:
To follow the lines.
To trust my hands.
To remember that we were never broken—only bound.
Dream-Origin Fascia Unwinding was not something I invented.
It was given.
And every day since, I’ve been learning how to share it.

To You, the Reader
If you are here, reading this, perhaps you too have felt something stir in your body—something unexplainable, something alive.
Maybe, like me, you are ready to come home to yourself.
Welcome.
This is where my story begins.
And now, it is yours too.

🌿 Affirmation to Close
I remember what I came here to feel.
I open gently to the spiral within.
I am ready to heal.
